Well I originally started this blog five years ago when I was 40! - It's hard to beleive that five years later I've actually decided to start something on here. Well I'm 45 and whilst I don't feel that old I've certainly discovered that my body is feeling that old.

"Game Over player one" the thought blinking away in my head similar to how it did in the classic arcade games I used to play oh so many years ago, not wanting to sound melodramatic but I'm starting to realise that I'm getting old and that when I stretch my arms out to yawn my body shouldn't be making weird popping and clicking noises accompanied by spontaneous mutterings and grumblings...

Right time to address a number of areas in my life...
